Who is this Project for?

Any small to medium sized company that needs external investment in order to grow. To be more specific, if you need from pre-seed up to Series A investment, (or you don’t know what that means!) then this Project is for you.

Who should be involved?

Get Fit For Investment covers a lot of ground and you need to ensure that the appropriate people are involved in the Project team. We would expect that you will need as a minimum these areas to covered:

  • CFO
  • Head of Sales/Marketing
  • Head of Product
  • Project Facilitator(there is a specific, free Project for the PF)

Obviously in a small company that may not be 4 separate people, just make sure that these areas are covered in the team. You may also need to call other people in to help build some of the collateral required for your investment push.
