Chris has been founder or early employee in startups or small/medium companies for most of his adult life. The majority of that time has been spent in sales teams, from quota carrying sales person all the way through to sales director. He is considered a thought leader in sales effectiveness and has consulted to numerous small companies.

Chris is bike mad, spending as much time as possible riding up mountains. Although detrimental to his wallet, he’s still an advocate of the well known equation which defines bike ownership: B = N+1, where B is the number of bikes you need and N is the number you currently own.
